John (Mole) Evans - 1927-2017

One of the early students at Sedbergh, where he had many adventures and made lifelong friends, Mole, as he was known to his friends, moved in the 1960s with his wife and family to  Vancouver,. He was an avid waterfowler and spent many happy hours on Westham Island and at Lakemount in the Fraser Valley. His hobbies included carpentry and he liked nothing better than to have a project in hand. He had a kind and generous nature, a great sense of humour and a real zest for storytelling (Sedbergh stories abound).
